For the bored or I hate my job individuals

I constantly hear this from many people, " I hate my job " or "I'm bored of what I do"
You can always look for another job, but I know its easily said than done.  I've just learned that
if you have your college degree, you can teach ESL all over the world. I know not all of us can just pick up and leave to another country, but for those who have your college degree do have some options. Do you need to be a certified teacher?
